The Quest: A Journey through Advent to Epiphany is a virtues-based daily study for Catholic families. This beautiful digital book offers daily reflections that will gently lead your family deeper into the virtuous life and prepare you to greet Baby Jesus on Christmas and then Epiphany. 

The Quest makes the writings of saints like Thomas Aquinas and Augustine accessible for families, even those with young kids. Each day's reflection can be completed in roughly 10 minutes. The Quest is also perfect for all types of Catholic Families, whether your kids are very young or grown. 

The daily reflections end with a simple challenge. For that challenge, you will write down something on a small piece of paper and slip that piece of paper into a box. On the feast of Epiphany, your family will present this box to Jesus as a gift.

As you journey through The Quest all members of your family - even you - will be challenged to fight vice and pursue virtue so you might grow in holiness as you journey toward the manger.

Unlike most Advent studies, The Quest doesn't stop at Christmas. Instead, it goes all the way to Epiphany! 

You will be on this journey with the Wise Men, imagining what they experienced as they traveled, and their quest didn't end on Christmas.

This year, spend the Christmas Season in joyful prayer. The Quest will help you keep your family's eyes locked on Jesus.

The Quest was created to serve the whole family, both parents and children. However, since this Advent Devotional will ask you to wrestle with virtue and vice, we recommend that families with older children (roughly 4th grade or older) work through this study.

For families with younger children, we offer other Advent studies, including the Nativity Trail and the Jesse Tree.
