Tax Exempt Policy
If you are a tax-exempt customer, please follow the below steps BEFORE placing an order to qualify for tax-exempt orders. Any orders placed before this process is followed will be charged tax and will be non-refundable. Until your tax-exempt form is accepted and your account is updated, you will not receive tax-exempt benefits.
For your order to be processed as tax-exempt, please follow the steps below:

Reach out to our customer service team at support@catholicsprouts.com to let us know you are tax-exempt. Please send the name, address, email address, and phone number for the contact who will be making all purchases for your organization AND will be the contact for your tax-exempt account. This has to be the same person. Please also attach your tax-exempt form to the email.

Our customer service team will create your Catholic Sprouts account and mark it as tax-exempt.

Once you receive an email from our support team confirming this has been completed, you can place orders without tax added.
